Watercress Salad with Li Hing Mui Vinaigrette Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 tsp li hing mui powder
- 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1-2 tsp roasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Watercress
- Alfalfa sprouts
- Maui onions
- Tomatoes
- Shredded dried squid
- Won ton strips
- Tofu would also be very good in this salad!
